Fed up of finding letters scattered around the house? Unable to find a good-looking letter rack in the shops? Me too, so through upcycling a panel of an old pine pallet with two 45 records, I went to work on designing a solution.
A unique design, concealing a large amount of small and large letters, ideal for any music lover.
+ Contrasting blue and orange vinyl records
+ Carefully hand cut and sanded, playing into the curves of the vinyl
+ Three 8mm dowel joints for strength
+ Lightly varnished for a smooth finish
+ Felt strips to aid stability and avoid surface scratches
Interested in one of these for yourself or as a gift for someone else? These letter racks are now up for sale on Etsy for a limited time. Click below to view them alongside my other work and if you’d like to make a bespoke request, simply drop me a message here. Thanks for reading and stay tuned for more upcycled designs coming soon.
