Please note, placing and providing payment for an order with seager studios does mean your order has been accepted by us. Our acceptance of an order takes place when we send you an email confirming that either the products have been dispatched, or the making process has started. We may refuse to accept an order if we cannot meet your requested delivery date, in the unlikely event of a pricing or product description error, or in the unlikely event materials required to fulfil your order are out of stock or unavailable.
seager studios uses a variety of postage and courier suppliers and unfortunately cannot be held responsible for the actions or delays of our suppliers after your order has left the seager studios workshop. However, we will liaise with you regarding tracking information wherever possible and can liaise with delivery providers on your behalf in the unlikely event of any issues arising.
When receiving delivery of your order, please pay close attention to the condition of the packaging. In the unlikely event that it appears your order may have been damaged, broken or tarnished in any way during transit, politely refuse delivery, refuse to provide a signature and take a picture of the affected packaging. Contact us straightaway (within 7 days) and please share the photo with us to liaise with our delivery provider. Customers who sign for damaged goods makes it very difficult for us to submit a claim and may cause a number of delays.
Unfortunately, any orders that involve personal customisations including any engravings or works with personal photos can not be returned or refunded.
Any orders that do not involve any personal customisations, can be returned for an exchange or refund within 14 days. Please contact us via the contact form on the seager studios website to request a return or to report an issue. After your return request has been approved by a member of the seager studios team, you have 30 days to return the item to us. Buyers must cover return postage, except under exceptional circumstances at the discretion of seager studios, and all goods must be returned in the condition they were received, securely packaged using original and extra packaging if required, alongside all original spare parts and accessories ready for re-sale. Before posting or returning an item back to us, please make sure the returns address we provide is clearly displayed, and the original address (your address) is crossed out with a marker pen or similar.
seager studios does not charge re-stocking or administration fees but inspects every return thoroughly before a refund decision is made. Refunds are processed immediately after a satisfactory inspection, however due to standard banking processes, your funds may take a number of working days to return to you.
